2. Shipping Carriers
- For UK orders, we use Royal Mail for initial handling.
- For international orders, we partner with reliable local logistics services in your country, such as DHL or USPS in the USA, to ensure smooth delivery to your location.
3. Shipping Times
As all our products are handmade, we require 2-3 days to craft your items. After the production phase, we dispatch your order within the next business day.
- Estimated Delivery Time:
- UK: 5-7 business days
- International: Approximately 14 business days, depending on the destination country’s customs and logistics. We do our best to select the fastest routes, but delivery times may vary.
4. Shipping Rates
- UK: £3.95 per order
- International: £6.95 per order
- Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders over £60, regardless of the destination.
5. Order Tracking
For most locations, we provide tracking information so you can monitor your package. This is dependent on whether the local logistics provider in your country offers tracking services.
6. Customs Fees and Import Duties
We cover all customs fees, import duties, and taxes for your shipment, so you don’t have to worry about any unexpected charges.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at bangbangcraft21@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

- Refund: If a replacement is not possible, a full refund is provided.
